Textile antiviral finishing agent ACV Introduction: Antiviral and antimicrobial finish for all fibres, air refresher for confined spaces. Composition: Active zinc oxide and organic antiviral finishing compound, non-ionic Properties: - Easily dispersed in water - PH 6-8 - Excellent durability, resistance to washing and dry cleaning - Excellent antiviral effect against enveloped viruses (such as H1N1,H3N2 virus) and non-enveloped viruses(EV71 virus) - according to ISO 18184:2019 - Excellent antibacterial function - Elimination of formaldehyde and nitrogen oxide due to photocatalysis - Non-ionic, good compatibility - Low yellowing Application： Pad or Exhaust Process. Recommended dosage is 3-5% o.w.f. Adjust dosage according to wash times. Pad Process: ACV 40-60g/L Temperature Normal Temperature Drying 100-150℃ Exhaust Process: ACV 3-5% o.w.f Liquor Ratio 1:10 Temperature Normal Temperature Time 20-30 min Drying 100-150℃ Note: ACV can be compatible with most softeners and other agents. Preliminary trials are recommended. Package and storage: 25kg plastic drum. Store in cool conditions (5 - 40 °C) in closed original drums.
